Frequently Asked Billing Questions

How often does SIRA send out dues invoices?

Invoices go into each members portal 3 times a year.

January - Local, State and NAR are due.
February- First half of MLS fees are due.
July- Last half of MLS fees are due.

I use DocuSign when am I billed?

Once a year each June.

What is this member portal?

Our new Association Management System (AMS) which is another member benefit. Members not only pay online with a credit card but can keep your contact information updated, pull all your invoices off for tax purposes and keep track of your CE hours taken through SIRA.

Why are we billed in January it use to be Nov or Dec?

Many members wanted to pay by credit card, SIRA CPA prefers the billing not to be included in the end of the financials each year. January still meets our IAR deadline to pay.

Paying by credit card splits the dues immediately sending IAR and NAR their dues. Remember SIRA is $166 we collect for all three.
